To get started, contact us.  We collaborate to shape your needs, identifying and prioritizing essential skills and attributes. Our thorough understanding of your organizational culture ensures every candidate reflects the desired soft skills, aligning with your company's ethos and values.

Screening

Next, our search begins. Each candidate undergoes rigorous screening and evaluation, adhering to our high standards. Many of these candidates are longstanding consultants within our network, ensuring a trusted pool of talent.

Candidate Pool, Interviews & Selection

Our aim is to present suitable candidates within a week. Quality prevails over quantity; we won't inundate you with candidates for the sake of it. Instead, we meticulously select individuals we believe are the perfect fit for the role. Throughout the selection and interview stages, our team maintains close communication.

Onboarding & Performance

After confirming a candidate, we handle contract preparation and provide comprehensive assistance during onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the role. Our team maintains regular checkpoints with both the client supervisor and consultant. We facilitate alignment between all parties, offer necessary coaching, and advocate for the success of both sides, setting the stage for a mutually beneficial relationship.

Sapna Patel, Managing Principal & Founder

Sapna brings over two decades of extensive global management consulting expertise, with a distinctive focus on spearheading and implementing transformative change strategies for both business and systems initiatives. Her areas of specialization encompass organizational change management, process optimization, and project management, particularly within the energy sector.

​

Serving as a trusted advisor to corporations spanning diverse scales, from industry giants to independent entities, across the entire value chain—encompassing exploration and production, midstream operations, and chemicals—Sapna consistently delivers tailored solutions to meet their unique challenges and objectives.

​

Before establishing The Mosaic Group, Sapna held the role of Senior Manager within Accenture’s esteemed Talent & Organizational Performance practice, where she honed her skills and garnered invaluable experience.  She won numerous awards throughout her tenure at Accenture.  

​

She holds a degree in Finance and Marketing from Trinity University, and Supply Chain Management and Process Optimization certifications from Rice University.
